Casting Statement

   A non-linear play that follows the complex, intertwined lives of two childhood friends, Doug and Kayleen, over 30 years, using their physical and emotional "injuries" as a framework for their tumultuous relationship. The play, told through fragmented scenes at various ages from eight to 38, explores themes of connection, pain, regret, and the deep, often destructive, bond between the two characters as they navigate life's challenges  

  Set in rural Ontario in the 1970's, a young actor moves in with two aging bachelor farmers to research farm life for a new play. His presence, and his attempts to incorporate a shared, fictional story about two women into the play, inadvertently disrupts the farmers' lives and brings a devastating truth to the surface, forever altering their fragile friendship. The play explores the nature of art, truth, memory, and the complex relationships between people and stories  

  Set in a sunny senior living facility, Ripcord follows the fierce rivalry between two mismatched roommates: the irritable, controlling Abby and the relentlessly cheerful Marilyn. When their clashing personalities escalate into high stakes bet, the women are drawn into a series of outrageous pranks and escalating dares that reveal hidden depths, surprising vulnerabilities, and ultimately, an unexpected friendship.
